DL4 系列装置是在 DL3 装置基础上改进的一中性能先进的节能型全流态化单体快速冻结装置,其风机电机全部外置,耗冷量降低25.8%。它应用流化床原理使颗粒状食品在快速冷却、表层冻结、深温冻结三区段实现完全流态化高质量冻结。具有结构新颖,降温速度快、节省能耗、运行可靠、适用范围广等特点。

可提供的选择:

1、围护结构:镀塑或不锈钢聚氨酯夹芯板;

2、风机:不锈钢双吸离心风机。全变速调速,电机外壳热镀锌或铝合金;

3、传送带:不锈钢丝或进口塑钢带;

4、柔性震动:是否选择柔性震动系统;

5、安装方式:一体化整体出厂或模块化组装

6、适用范围:颗粒状食品。 

DL series are advanced fluidization IQF quick freezing equipment. It is a further development result from fluid mechanics. Granulated flood will get high quality frozen during 3 zones: Fast cooling, crust freezing and finish freezing. DL series have some advantages. Such as: Elegant outline, Aluminum Evaporator to fasten freezing speed, variable speed fans with Frequency converter, stable and reliable operation & stainless steel mesh belt with flexible shaking device etc.

    options for DL series:
    1. Enclosure: plastic covered steel polyurethane sandwich panel, stainless steel polyurethane sandwich panel or fiberglass polyurethane sandwich panel.
    2. Variable speed fans: frequency-converter, part frequency-converter
    3. Conveyor belt: stainless steel meshes belt or plastic steel belt.
    4. Installation styles: packaged delivery or assembling on site
    5.Processing category: IQF for granulated food.
